Barnardo’s Caern Disability Services is hiring As & When Residential Project Workers to support Caern Short Breaks and Pentland Way services in a flexible roster. Shifts run 7am–10pm for day work and 10pm–8am for waking nights; you choose shifts that fit your needs.
Experience with children and young people in residential settings is preferred, with qualifications to register with SSSC or willingness to work towards them. The role requires a caring, reliable, and consistent approach.
