Dynamic Deputy Service Manager — Care Leadership

Voyage Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead our residential service, guiding a dynamic team to improve independence and quality of life for the people we support. Starting pay between £15.35 and £17.35 per hour, with a 37.5-hour contract.

Typical shifts include 2×7:30–21:30 and 1×7:30–15:30, seven days a week. The role involves managing a team, developing person-centred support plans, recruiting and supervising staff, and supporting the Registered Manager.
