Red 5 People Ltd is recruiting two Employment Advisors to support people with mental health needs or neurodivergent jobseekers in Brent. You will help clients find and sustain meaningful work, build confidence, and access suitable opportunities.
Training in IPS will be provided, and caseloads will be around 14–18 people. This is a field-based role, working across Brent in community settings and with local employers.
