Employment Disputes Solicitor – 1–3 PQE

Sellick Partnership is seeking an employment law solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to represent clients in disputes over unfair dismissal, discrimination, and harassment. You will advise on redundancies, terminations and grievances, and provide guidance on employee rights such as holiday pay and working hours.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet tight deadlines.
