Overview

In this role you help clients shape and drive large-scale digital transformations, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment. You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to accelerate your development as a leader. You’ll translate data-driven insights into practical recommendations and help implement them with client teams. The role sits in McKinsey’s Tech & AI practice, focusing on turning technology into strategic business value. Responsibilities

• Shape and drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process and people
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses
• Develop and communicate recommendations to client management
• Present results and implement recommendations with client teams
• Receive training, coaching, and mentoring, including a partner-guided career path
• Support client project selection and skill development with professional development teams and partners

Key requirements

• 2:1 or above in a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Experience in a technology-related role or as a tech consultant
• Coding experience preferred
• Strong knowledge and passion for digital technology and IT, plus business and strategy
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
