Youth Services Manager: Path to Ofsted Registration

Turning Point UK is seeking a Service Manager to lead our supported accommodation services for young people across Chorley and Leyland. This role focuses on developing confidence, independence and life skills in safe environments, while preparing to achieve Ofsted registration within 12 months.

You will recruit and guide teams, uphold safeguarding, manage budgets, and foster strong partnerships with local authorities, landlords and commissioners.
