This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Director to work closely with the Managing Director, influence strategic decisions and support the continued growth of the group.
About the Job:
Lead the finance function, providing strategic and commercial insight
Oversee management accounts, budgets, forecasts and group reporting
Manage cash flow, banking relationships and financial controls
Oversee development finance, investment appraisals and funding
Ensure statutory, tax and audit compliance
Lead the finance team and improve systems and processes
About you:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE
Senior finance leadership experience, ideally within a multi-entity group
Strong property, development finance and commercial reporting experience
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
