EUC Engineer – Mac & Jamf

Overview

In this role you will own and operate the UK and Europe IT function with a hands-on, autonomous approach. You’ll support end-user computing across devices, security, SaaS, and office tech, acting as a trusted IT expert for requests. Your focus includes Google Workspace, Slack, and a fleet of Mac devices with MDM tooling. This is a blue-sky opportunity to establish an in-house IT function for a fast-growing global firm, delivering practical solutions with impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure, productive work at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT function for UK and Europe offices
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
• Administer Google Workspace and Slack
• Manage Mac fleet including procurement, build, MDM enrolment and updates
• Support IT systems, devices, security, SaaS and office technology
• Handle IT requests and provide hands-on troubleshooting
• Contribute to establishment of in-house IT function

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with MacOS devices
• MDM tools such as JAMF
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Strong grounding in identity, access and security basics
• Scripting or automation experience is advantageous but not required
