Logistics and Fulfilment Specialist

Overview

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end logistics and fulfilment cycles to ensure accurate and timely shipments for customers and internal teams. You will work closely with stock, carriers, and documentation to move goods domestically and internationally, while supporting inventory accuracy and process improvements. This position offers hands-on shipping, system updates, and cross-team collaboration within a small, focused team. You will contribute to a culture that values accuracy, ownership, and ongoing operational enhancement. Responsibilities

• Process customer, internal, project, and return shipments
• Prepare and rack IT equipment for remote configuration
• Apply configurations to IT equipment using automated processes
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch
• Book domestic and international shipments with approved carriers
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, waybills)
• Update shipment, inventory, and order data in business systems
• Request and review supplier quotes and enter Purchase Requisitions
• Receive and log inbound goods
• Support stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or carrier exceptions
• Answer shipment and order queries with internal teams
• Support logistics and fulfilment process improvements

Key requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a supply chain role
• Strong attention to detail and serial number control
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive problem solving and process improvement mindset
• Experience with international shipping, customs documentation, ERP/WMS systems, Salesforce, Rootstock, FedEx, DHL, UPS or similar platforms (training provided)
