Our clients main focus is residential housing and social housingThe Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, time, cost, and quality of multiple live construction projects across the Midlands and South West regionsThe Contracts Manager Key Role Details & Responsibilities

• Core Focus: Managing multiple live projects simultaneously, monitoring programme and commercial performance, and issuing contractual notices. (1)
• Contract Knowledge: Strong, hands-on experience with JCT and NEC forms of contract. (1)
• Commercial & Procurement: Overseeing subcontract procurement, scope definitions, variation management, and commercial records, working alongside the Commercial Manager and reporting to the Operations Manager or Directors
• Experience Required: Typically 5 to 10 years of experience within a main-contractor environment
