Job Description About the Role n Location: Poole (Hybrid) n 4-day week (Mon-Thurs) n Due to our clients continued success, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader to drive electronic design, build, and support projects from concept through to completion. n n This role offers the chance to build technical expertise, with clear progression routes into Lead and Management positions as the company actively invests in its people. n n Key Responsibilities: n n Lead electronic circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout support and testing n Develop hardware architectures for new and existing products n Provide technical guidance to junior engineers n Collaborate with software, mechanical, and project teams n Support customer requirements, documentation, and design reviews n n n Requirements: n n Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent n Strong experience in analogue and digital electronics design n Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB tools n Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or FPGA design n Ability to take technical ownership of projects n Excellent problem-solving and communication skills n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
