Job Description James George Recruitment is working with a leading equipment finance provider, part of one of Europe’s largest banking groups, to recruit a field-based External Relationship Manager for their Hard Asset division. n You’ll own relationships with vendor, dealer and broker partners, acting as the main contact for large-ticket and complex transactions. It’s a genuine new-business and relationship role, backed by the balance sheet of a major banking group. You’ll report to the Sales Manager. n Key responsibilities n n Building and growing relationships with key introducers through regular visits n Leading large-ticket and complex deals from enquiry to payout n Negotiating pricing, structuring deals and closing business n Positioning value-added products such as ORV, staged payments and structured profiles n Qualifying deals and preparing credit proposals within risk appetite n Winning new introducers and clients through your own network n Tracking introducer performance against acceptance and conversion targets n Representing the business at industry events and conferences n n About you n n Proven sales track record in asset finance and leasing n Experience in transport, construction or industrial equipment finance n Confident structuring and negotiating complex deals n Strong credit awareness and analytical skills n A natural relationship builder who is self-motivated and organised n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
