Job Description Location: Cambridge, with travel to client sites across the region n Salary: Competitive DOE + paid travel + overtime + on-call allowance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent n n The Role n n n Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and commissioning across oil-fired heating, gas and associated HVAC systems. n n Complete service reports, compliance records and CAFM updates, while ensuring work meets relevant regulations, RAMS and site requirements. n n Liaise with the client and helpdesk, identify additional works, manage spares and maintain safe plant room/work areas. n n Participate in the on-call rota and provide support for reactive issues when required. n n n About You n n n OFTEC and Gas qualifications are essential, with Gas Safe or ACS advantageous. n n Commercial or industrial maintenance experience, with strong knowledge of oil-fired heating and gas systems. n n Experience with air conditioning/refrigeration and SFG20 maintenance is desirable. n n Good fault-finding, health & safety and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently. n n Comfortable using CAFM systems/tablets and holding a full UK driving licence. n n NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent is desirable. n n n Package n n n Competitive salary based on experience n n Paid travelling time, overtime and on-call allowance n n Company van n n 22 days holiday plus bank holidays n n Pension n n Training and career development n n Long-term, stable site-based contract n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
