Job Description BEMS/ BMS Commissioning Engineer n Location: Midlands, Bristol, Swindon , Reading, Greater London Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + vehicle/allowance, overtime & benefits Type: Permanent n COMPANY OVERVIEW n Our client is looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer maintenance business, providing 24/7, 365-day support to commercial clients across the UK, and provides a comprehensive range of building services, including heating, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC and air conditioning, allowing customers to manage multiple building services through a single specialist partner. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES n n Commission and test BEMS/BMS systems from installation through to handover. n Carry out point-to-point, I/O and functional testing. n Commission HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, pumps and VAV systems. n Configure and fault-find BMS controllers and field devices. n Work with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and Cylon platforms. n Work with BACnet, Modbus and other BMS communication protocols. n Review drawings, points lists and control strategies. n Complete commissioning documentation and client handovers. n Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams. n n SKILLS & EXPERIENCE n n Minimum 3 years’ BMS commissioning experience. n Strong HVAC and controls knowledge. n Experience with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and/or Cylon. n Good understanding of BMS networking and communications. n Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. n Able to read BMS schematics and control drawings. n Good client-facing and communication skills. n Full UK driving licence. n SALARY & BENEFITSn n Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience n Company Vehicle or vehicle allowance n Overtime: Paid at enhanced rates n Travel Time: Paid in line with company policy n Company Pension Scheme n 25 days annual leave + bank holidays n Company Mobile Phone & Laptop n Fuel Card n Nationwide Projects: Opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial and technically challenging sites n 24/7 Engineering Support: Backed by an experienced technical and operational team n If this sounds like you, feel free to apply below or call Martin on 07908 947471. n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
