Job Description QHSE Engineer n Norwich, Norfolk n £40,000 per annum + bonus n Service Service is recruiting for an experienced QHSE Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business in Norwich. n The role will support the site’s integrated Quality and EHS management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, while driving quality and continuous improvement. n Key Responsibilities: n n Maintain and improve the integrated Quality and EHS management system. n Support and host external ISO audits. n Investigate and close Non-Conformances (NCRs), including root cause analysis and corrective actions. n Lead FMEA activities and identify quality risks. n Monitor customer quality performance and drive improvements. n Support product quality and compliance across the manufacturing site. n Train and coach employees on Quality and EHS procedures. n Lead and participate in Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. n Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering and site management. n n The Ideal Candidate: n n Previous QHSE, Quality or EHS experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment. n NEBOSH qualified. n Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. n Audit experience and knowledge of quality management systems. n Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis and FMEA. n Previous Lean Manufacturing/continuous improvement experience. n Strong communication and influencing skills. n Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills. n n A great opportunity for a QHSE professional to play a key role in quality, compliance, safety and continuous improvement within an established engineering business. n If you’re interested, then please click “Apply Now”. n A member of our team at Service Service will be in touch to discuss your application. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
