Residential Development Solicitor
Surrey / London | Living Sector | High-Value Development Work

Join a leading law firm with a fast-growing Living Sector team, acting for PLC, regional and SME house builders, housing associations, land promoters and PRS investors. The team has an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments, and is now looking to add a Solicitor.
You will gain outstanding exposure to high-value development and settled stock work, including:
- Conditional contracts, options and rights of pre-emption
- Collaboration and development agreements
- High-value residential development and investment projects
You will run your own transactions, support on larger matters, help mentor others and get involved in business development. We are keen to speak with Solicitors who have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales
- Residential development experience from a large regional or city firm (affordable housing is a plus; commercial property will be considered)
- Experience of managing your own transactions and supporting on complex matters
- Real enthusiasm for the sector
