Senior Neighbourhood ACP – Flexible Part-Time (Band 8a)

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Neighbourhood Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join the Neighbourhood Team within the Urgent Neighbourhood Services Directorate.

The post is 30 hours per week, part time with flexible working and is graded Band 8a on a permanent contract. The ACP should hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) and will deliver autonomous, high-quality care in patients’ homes and local communities.
