SEND & Inclusion Leader – Elevate Student Outcomes

The Lime Trees in London is seeking an experienced SEND and inclusion leader to oversee day-to-day SEND provision, manage EHCP processes and line-manage LSAs. You will work with the SRP Lead to ensure provision is effective, inclusive and responsive to pupils’ needs.

The role requires QTS and NASENCO, a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding procedures, and a track record of leading inclusive practice and staff development.
