Regional Executive Headteacher: SEND & Growth Leader

Polaris Education is seeking an Executive Headteacher to lead the Polaris South East and East of England region, overseeing up to six schools and guiding the opening of at least one new school. The role focuses on curriculum leadership, school improvement, SEND provision and strong commercial acumen.

The post reports to the Managing Director of Education and requires collaboration with the central leadership team to embed the Care Connect Consolidate strategy across the portfolio.
