Overview
In this role you will handle high-value professional indemnity matters for insurers, reinsurers and syndicates, contributing to a respected national law firm. You will operate within a team focused on complex professional negligence and coverage disputes, shaping strategy on multi-party claims. As a senior member, you will supervise junior lawyers and grow client relationships for the team and firm. Responsibilities
- manage professional indemnity matters including high-value, multi-party claims
- advise on professional negligence and coverage issues
- supervise junior lawyers and graduates
- develop and nurture client relationships for the team and wider firm
- collaborate with insurers, reinsurers and syndicates on claims strategy
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in complex professional indemnity matters
- experience supervising junior colleagues (preferred)
- proven track record in defendant insurance work
- strong client development and relationship management
