Job Description:
Focus Group is a Birmingham-based technology services company seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join the dedicated service desk. You will own complex Microsoft 365 and Azure incidents end to end, and you’ll be the go-to expert for 2nd Line engineers.
You’ll work with internal IT teams, Project Transition and Microsoft support to design changes and ensure robust BAU operation. The role requires strong technical judgement and a proactive problem-solving approach across 7am–7pm shifts.
