Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design delivery across a diverse project portfolio
• Serve as main client and stakeholder contact
• Manage project programmes, resources and commercial performance
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor and develop engineers within the mechanical team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Support business growth through technical excellence and client engagement
• Influence office growth while maintaining strong technical involvement in delivery

Key requirements

• Degree-qualified in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) advantageous
• Previous experience in a Building Services consultancy environment
• Strong mechanical design and project delivery experience
• Experience managing client relationships and leading projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commercial mindset with interest in developing new business opportunities
