In-House Legal Lead, AI & SaaS Contracts (UK/US)

Conquer AI is seeking its first in-house lawyer to lead the legal function for a fast-growing AI solutions provider. The role involves owning commercial contracts end-to-end, managing disputes, supporting funding rounds and M&A, and advising on corporate, employment, data protection and compliance matters.

You will oversee external counsel in the UK and US and build the legal foundations of a scaling company from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO and CFO.
