Teledyne Qioptiq in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide advanced, hands‑on end‑user, infrastructure and business‑application support. You will act as a local escalation point, own incidents through to resolution and contribute to technology refresh and improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
The role requires solid experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft Entra ID, plus ITSM (ServiceNow).
