Delve Search – Global Search Consultants is assisting in the recruitment of a Manufacturing Manager for a global precision engineering manufacturer based in Leicester. You will take ownership of a machine shop, leading around 20 people across CNC machining, grinding, planning and inspection.
You will drive safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity while developing the team and implementing Lean, Six Sigma and 5S.
