Senior MSK Physiotherapist
Location:The Physio Group, Newry and partner locations
Position: Full-time
Salary:£40-50k dependant on experience
The Physio Group is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our established team.
This role would suit a confident clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, hands-on treatment alongside progressive rehabilitation. Our aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to restore each patients function and help them return as close as possible to their best.
The role
You will assess and manage a varied MSK caseload, providing individualised treatment and rehabilitation based on each patients needs and goals.
The role will involve working as part of our wider clinical team, while also being confident working independently at partner locations, including GP surgeries.
Our clinical approach follows a clear three-stage pathway:
* Reduce pain and symptoms
* Restore movement, strength and function
* Return the patient to work, sport and everyday life
We are looking for someone who has:
* A minimum of three years experience in private practice or within a full-time professional sports environment
* Strong MSK assessment and clinical-reasoning skills
* Good manual therapy skills
* Experience planning and progressing active rehabilitation programmes
* A genuine commitment to helping patients achieve the best possible outcome
* The confidence to work independently in partner locations or as part of the team in any of our three clinics
* An enthusiastic, professional and patient-centred approach
* A desire to continue learning and developing clinically
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* HCPC registration and appropriate professional membership
