The Role

We’re looking for skilled MIG Welder with strong hands-on Welding experience to support increasing workload and long-term production demand.The work is varied, practical, and engineering-focused

What we are looking for:

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Weld accurately with minimal supervision
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Work reliably as part of a busy workshop team

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel fabrications
• Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
• Fabricating one-off and short-run assemblies
• Measuring, fitting, and assembling fabricated components
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
• Supporting production output targets safely and efficiently

Hours & Overtime

Standard HoursMonday to Thursday: 07:30-16:30Friday: 07:30-13:30

Pay & Benefits

from £15.00 per hour depending on experience, weld test, and capability
