Job Description:
W Talent is partnering with a market-leading assembly-focused manufacturer to recruit a Group QHSE Manager. You will own QHSE across two sites in Nottinghamshire and Wiltshire, embedding a proactive culture and delivering improvements in quality, safety, environment and operational excellence.
You will lead the QHSE strategy, drive audits, manage corrective actions and report KPIs to the SLT, while coaching managers to take ownership of QHSE in day-to-day operations.
