The Retail Outlets Supervisor will form part of the Retail Outlets Management team and will ensure the smooth operation of the Retail Outlets at Titanic Belfast. The role is primarily responsible for the smooth running of the customer experience within our Retail Outlets in accordance with agreed company standards, in a professional and efficient manner. The main outlets this role will supervise will be the Titanic Store and the Galley Café.

The successful candidate will receive a range of formal training to ensure they are equipped for their role and longer term there are development opportunities for individuals wishing to establish a career in Retail or Hospitality.
Supervisors will support the Retail Outlets Manager and Assistant Manager with all aspects of crew management ensuring that all Health & Safety Regulations, financial and quality measures are met. They will also support and drive the team to always meet our 5-star customer service standards as well as our high levels of presentation in all Outlets.
