Water Industry Estimator & Tender Planner

S&B Utilities is recruiting an Estimator to manage all financial and commercial aspects of water and civil engineering contracts at scale. The role requires preparing cost estimates, analysing drawings, and producing tender submissions with input from planning and commercial teams.

You will develop tender-stage programmes, review risks, and support cost analysis during mobilisation and delivery. A UK driving licence is required and a strong background in water projects is preferred.
