Young People Support Worker – Travel Across Kent

KHR – Recruitment Specialists in Kent is seeking a Young Persons Support Worker to support young people leaving care across multiple locations. You will manage a personal caseload, travel regularly to homes, and provide face-to-face support to help them transition to independent living.
