HR Advisor – Manufacturing (Hybrid: Onsite Mon-Thu, Friday WFH)

Medlock Partners partners with a well-established organisation in Droitwich to recruit an experienced HR Advisor who will support the business across the employee lifecycle.

You will provide first-line HR guidance, coach managers, manage employee relations, HR data, recruitment and onboarding, and help deliver HR initiatives; 4 days on site with Fridays from home in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
