You will handle high-stakes disputes, including tribunals and high court litigation, and provide advisory guidance to employers in the financial services space. You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage complex, high-profile matters such as team moves while contributing to the firm’s reputation for sophisticated, niche work. Responsibilities

• Advise on employment matters for senior executives
• Manage high-stakes litigation in tribunals and high court
• Handle complex disputes including team moves for financial services clients
• Provide advisory support to employers and defend high-value litigation
• Operate within a city/West End or strong regional practice
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation for complex, executive-level work

Key requirements

• 1-2 PQE
• England & Wales Qualified
• Currently working in a dedicated employment team within a City, West End or strong regional practice
• Strong academics
• Confident in technical skills
