Job Description:
Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Workforce Solutions Specialist to support critical workforce management systems, including UKG Kronos, SAP ECP Payroll and Access Control platforms. You will provide first and second‑line support, manage incidents and access requests, and monitor tickets to meet SLAs.
The role requires strong customer service, analytical thinking, and Excel skills, with exposure to HR, Payroll or Workforce Management processes. Experience with access control systems is a plus.
