Senior Accounts Specialist – Hybrid & Study Support

Four Squared is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior for the Business Services team in Worcestershire, offering a hybrid, full-time role with study support. The ideal candidate will own client work and deliver high-quality year-end accounts, financial statements and tax computations, while guiding Associates.

You will manage a portfolio, ensure deadlines are met, and collaborate with the team to maintain SLAs and accurate reporting. Xero experience is a plus.
