Portfolio PMO Analyst (Insurance)

Overview

In this role you will support a portfolio of insurance transformation projects, delivering governance and visibility through data-driven reporting. You work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to improve governance, processes, and reporting. You help ensure accurate project data, monitor performance and risks, and enable informed decision-making across the portfolio. This hybrid Manchester role offers the chance to contribute to transformation in a leading insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Produce portfolio reports, management information and data analysis to support decision-making
• Support portfolio governance, including meetings, documentation and action tracking
• Monitor project performance, risks, resources and financial information
• Maintain project data and reporting systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to improve reporting, processes and governance

Key requirements

• Previous PMO or project management experience, ideally within the Insurance domain
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities
