Facilities Asset & Maintenance Coordinator

Welcome Break is seeking a Facilities Operational Support to audit assets, tag equipment and manage fixed asset records across multiple sites in the UK. You will interact with site teams, Facilities, Procurement and contractors to diagnose faults and approve contractor attendance only when needed.

The role requires travel between company sites, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Excel and ServiceChannel. A full UK driving licence is essential.
