Head of Merchandising & Range Strategy

RIXO, a London-born womenswear brand, seeks a Merchandise Director to lead commercial product, trading, stock and exit margin across ecommerce, retail and wholesale. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will translate the founder’s vision into a structured, ambitious range that expands beyond dresses into a full wardrobe.

You will own weekly trade, buys, open-to-buy and pricing, with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
