Head of Site Merchandising – UK/EU, SEO & Experience

Quince is seeking a Head of Site Merchandising for the UK/EU market to own the customer journey across the site and apps. You will shape storytelling, strategy and data-driven decisions to attract, engage, and convert shoppers, while coordinating with Marketing, Creative, and Engineering.

You will lead SEO and content localization efforts, optimize merchandising tools, and drive experimentation to improve navigation, product placement and conversion across desktop and mobile.
