Job Description:
The Connection at St. Martin-in-the-Fields is recruiting for an Intensive Engagement Hub role based in Westminster. You will work with people who are rough sleeping, delivering intensive support to help them achieve stable accommodation and improved health and wellbeing.
The post involves coordinating with a small team, delivering wrap-around casework, and participating in seasonal or additional service activations. 35 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements are available.
