SEND EHCP Officer – Hybrid & Flexible Hours

Lancashire County Council’s Inclusion Service seeks a SEND EHCP Officer to shape Education, Health and Care Plans for children with SEND. You will manage the full EHCP process from assessment through to reviews, co-producing outcomes with families and partner agencies.

You will work with SENCOs, health and social care professionals to ensure timeliness, compliance and person-centred planning, while maintaining accurate digital records and contributing to continuous service improvement.
