OVERVIEW

• A Chartered Building Surveyor role within an international consultancy.

SALARY & PACKAGE

• £40,000 – £55,000 basic salary

THE ROLE

• Lead delivery of building surveying instructions across commercial assets
• Act as key point of contact for investor and occupier clients
• Undertake contract administration across refurbishment and fit-out schemes
• Deliver dilapidations instructions including negotiation and settlement
• Prepare technical due diligence reports for acquisitions and disposals
• Produce building surveys, defect analysis and PPM schedules
• Provide professional advice across landlord and tenant matters
• Manage multiple instructions with direct responsibility for delivery and reporting
• Work within a multi-disciplinary environment on cross-service instructions
• Support fee generation and contribute to local pipeline growth
• Assist in developing client relationships within the Liverpool market

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• MRICS qualified
• 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Experience across both professional and project instructions
• Commercial sector exposure preferred
• Ability to manage instructions independently
• Client-facing experience with clear reporting capability
• Sound commercial judgement in advisory and delivery roles
