Senior Corporate Associate – M&A & VC Growth (Norwich)

Mills & Reeve in Norwich seeks a Senior Associate to join its growing national corporate team. You will handle a broad mix of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance and venture capital, advising clients from startups to international groups.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ PQE, strong drafting skills, and a track record of managing transactions and building trusted client relationships. You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the practice.
