Strategic SENCO for Secondary School – Merton

Marchant Recruitment is seeking an experienced SENCO for a strategic leadership role at a secondary school in Merton, Outer London. You will shape SEND policy, oversee provision, and work with SLT, teachers, and external specialists to ensure high-quality support for pupils with additional needs.
