Bakery Shop Supervisor – Lead Fresh Food Team & Growth

Wenzel’s the Bakers seeks a Shop Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise daily store operations, support the Shop Manager, and ensure excellent customer service while helping to drive sales of fresh food.

You will work around 39 hours per week across a five‑day schedule, with a competitive rate of £13.00 per hour. We offer training, pension, paid birthday day off, and generous staff benefits to eligible employees.
