Community Learning Disability Access Clinician

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking LD Access Practitioners to help adults with learning disabilities access timely care. You will assess referrals, identify needs and risks, provide advice and support, and collaborate with health and social care partners to promote wellbeing and independence.

We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Registered Nurses, with essential professional registration and a UK driving licence.
