Waking Night Support Worker – Learning Disabilities

iBC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for an adult with learning disabilities in Droylsden. Nights can be challenging; your calm, trauma-informed approach will help the person feel safe and sleep well.

You will follow an individualised plan, support overnight routines, maintain clear records and work with family and health professionals to support long-term wellbeing.
