Installations Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will coordinate installation works for Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems, ensuring installations run smoothly and on schedule. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and administration to plan, document, and close out installation tasks. The position involves planning, scheduling, data entry, and billing support, with a focus on delivering first-class service. This is a hands-on role that combines coordination, customer communication, and operational organization to meet deadlines and support project success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize installation jobs from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients and admin to meet timescales and deadlines
• Raise purchase orders and manage stock adjustments
• Schedule installation visits with sites per customer/site requirements
• Create documentation for clients and engineers for completed works
• Maintain relationships with engineers and customers to ensure timely action
• Data entry into CRM system and customer portals
• Invoicing and general installation administration
• Holiday cover for Installation Coordinator

• Excellent keyboard skills (word processing, updating databases, Excel)
• At least 2 years’ experience in Scheduling/Planning/Coordinating
• Experience Scheduling Field-based colleagues preferred
