Community Wellbeing Coach & Connection Builder

Acis Group is seeking a Community Support Coach to build trusted relationships with individuals, tenants, community groups and partners to enhance wellbeing, confidence and independence across Lincolnshire.

You will identify strengths and needs, connect people to Acis, CLIP and Riverside services, and support progress in wellbeing, relationships, education, employment, accommodation and financial resilience through personalised action planning and community-engaged activities.
