Overview

In this dual-capability role you drive the strategy, design and execution of enterprise reporting and analytics. You bridge data engineering and SAP functional processes to deliver scalable, actionable insights across Supply Chain workstreams. You will design and govern the Common Data Layer on Azure Databricks, lead end-to-end data product delivery, and oversee BI visualization with secure, user-friendly dashboards. This is a hands-on leadership position shaping data platforms, governance and analytics at scale to enable cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern and implement the enterprise Common Data Layer (CDL) on Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, L0–L1–L2)
• Oversee scalable ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SAP CDC/ODP to ingest S/4HANA and BW data
• Lead end-to-end reporting cycles with Agile methods, define roadmaps, BRDs, manage JIRA backlogs and Hypercare/UAT
• Collaborate with global Supply Chain workstreams to source, curate and model data for OTC, Sales, Inventory and S&OP planning
• Guide transformation of CDL data assets into Power BI dashboards with secure data access

Key requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, ADF and SQL
• Deep SAP data discovery within S/4HANA, SAP BW/HANA, ODP/ODQ and APO (DP/SNP)
• Power BI dashboard design, data modeling and access control
• 10–15 years of relevant experience
